[/size][/blockquote][/blockquote]HUMANS, humans, are well, humans. There isn’t much to be said about them aside from their existence as survivors of the apocalypse. It’s a shame the future they lived to see is more of a hell than the apocalypse itself.SCIENTISTS, the baddies of the futures. With the government still in shambles after the horrifying events that preceded the apocalypse, they have been free to play gods without anyone to stop them. When the earthquake unleashed their failed experiments on the world, it gave them even more freedom and purpose.
SURVIVORS, the unfortunate populace of Pangaea II, they spend their nights in fear of the monstrous beings roaming in the shadows.
MERCENARIES, the human equivalent of bioweapons. They also keep the streets safe from human dangers as well. They have taken it upon themselves to uphold what little order remains in the world while also protecting the people from chimeras. Unlike bioweapons, they are self-employed.
GIFTED, in all the chaos came the rise of people who possess strange and unnatural abilities. These abilities are as rare as they are unique and amazing. The few who have them only have one.
BIOWEAPONS, the fruits of the scientists’ labor. They are designed to be emotionless, genetically enhanced weapons. However, many are kidnapped children with weapons grafted into their bodies and raised to weapons. It all really depends on the scientists who create them, really, but one this is constant. They are weapons.ROUGES, bioweapons that have been dismissed from ‘service’ and left for dead or have developed a sense of self and rebelled. They are few as their creators like to keep close tabs on them, but the few they are often become like mercenaries, only, secluded by the populace by fear.
EMPLOYED, the everyday bioweapon, lacking a sense self and any emotions. They are nearly unstoppable killing machines and are rarely allowed off their leash. Their creators like to keep their precious toys from going rogue or going on a rampage in some poor, unsuspecting town.
CHIMERAS, the creatures that go bump in the night. Due to their generally grotesque appearances, they seem to have a preference for the evening where their visages cannot be seen by themselves or others. That doesn’t stop some from rampaging during the day, however.FAILED EXPERIMENTS, before the Great Sinker released them from the depths of hidden underground laboratories, these poor creatures were the test subjects of the scientist’s curiosity. They are the result of various genetic manipulations on human test subjects. They were created either through splicing their DNA with animals as embryos or any other method they can think of. Usually grotesques, there are few that still resemble humans. These creatures are now the nightmares that haunt what remains of the human race.
FAILED BIOWEAPONS, they are the failures left behind after the scientist set to work on creating bioweapons. While all chimeras are viewed as failures in the eyes of these malicious people, these are the only ones that are more openly labeled as such. They are generally human based with only slight deformities or something that wasn’t meant to exist in their grand design for the bioweapons.
